Russian forces conducted a series of strikes and territorial advances across Ukraine. In the Black Sea region, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported targeting cargo ships in Chornomorsk and Odessa, as well as the Dunaysudoservis ship repair facility in Izmail Port.

In Kyiv, attacks involving ballistic missiles and drones hit railway depots, data centers, and residential buildings. Kharkiv also faced strikes, including a guided bomb hitting a residential building that injured 22 people.

On the ground, Russian units reported seizing control of several localities, including Novovodianoe in Donetsk, Ulánovo in Sumy, Kreidyanka in Kharkiv, and Veseloye Pole in Donetsk. Additionally, Russian forces claimed to have repelled a Ukrainian attempt to break a siege near Nefedovka in the Kharkiv region.
