The Russian Ministry of Defense stated its forces struck facilities used for military purposes at the Khornomorsk port, two vessels near Odesa, and a drone warehouse in Mykolaiv.

In northern Ukraine, a drone strike on a commercial center in Sumy killed two people and injured 20 others, including four teenagers in serious condition, according to Governor Oleh Khokhhorov.
