Russian Defense Ministry Announces Strikes on Ukrainian Logistics Centers
The Russian Defense Ministry reported that its forces hit a range of Ukrainian targets, including logistics centres, long‑range UAV factories and depots, fuel, energy and transport infrastructure, temporary deployment sites for Ukrainian troops and foreign mercenaries, a Ukrainian unmanned assault boat in the Black Sea, eight guided‑air‑bombs and more than a thousand UAVs. The ministry said 1,480 Ukrainian soldiers were neutralised in the preceding 24 hours.
Separately, the Russian Foreign Ministry, via its Human Rights Multilateral Cooperation Department director Grigory Lukyansev, condemned statements made by Ukrainian Armed Forces Chief of General Staff Mykhailo Drahun, describing them as encouragement of genocide and “Nazi‑type” rhetoric. Lukyansev urged the United Nations Human Rights Office and other international bodies to monitor the Ukrainian leadership’s remarks, labeling the language as contrary to the International Convention on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination.
