Russian forces strike strategic Ukrainian ports in Odesa and Ismail

The Russian Ministry of Defense announced a series of large-scale air strikes using long-range drones and high-precision weapons against strategic Ukrainian port infrastructure in the Black Sea and Danube regions.

In the Odesa region, strikes targeted the port of Yuzhne, specifically hitting a main storage facility used by the Ukrainian military for fuel and lubricants. In the port of Odesa, Russian forces reportedly destroyed military equipment depots and a patrol boat used to guide vessels carrying military cargo.

In the port of Ismail, located on the Danube, strikes targeted infrastructure used for the storage, loading, and transport of military ammunition and fuel. This included a railway station used for military shipments. Additionally, Russian forces reportedly targeted two Ukrainian escort vessels at the Ismail port.
