The Russian military has repeatedly postponed its deadline for the full occupation of the Donetsk region in Ukraine. In broader diplomatic developments, Vladimir Putin warned that any deployment of European troops to Ukraine would be interpreted as a direct war against Russia. Meanwhile, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy emphasized that there is no scenario in which all parties win the conflict, noting the immense human cost and the necessity for security guarantees.
