Russian woman moves to Vietnam to be with Vietnamese technician

Nikitina Anastasiia, a 27-year-old Russian woman formerly employed at an airport construction company, has relocated to Vietnam after meeting Tran Nguyen Anh, a 28-year-old technician from Vinh Long.

The couple met in Nha Trang through a dating application, using translation tools to communicate due to the language barrier. Anastasiia, who originally traveled to Vietnam for tourism, decided to stay long-term due to the country's scenery and friendly atmosphere.

Tran Nguyen Anh, who works for a South Korean company in Ho Chi Minh City, initially felt hesitant about a serious relationship due to his modest income and background. However, Anastasiia has expressed a commitment to building a life with him in Vietnam.
