Rustomjee launches Rs 400 cr Ozone Skye residential project in Mumbai

Rustomjee has announced the launch of Ozone Skye, a premium residential development in Goregaon West, Mumbai. The project has a Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately Rs 400 crore.

Located on SV Road, the 50-storey tower will feature 158 residences in 1, 2, and 3 BHK configurations. The development is designed to provide views of the city skyline and Aarey greens, and includes sky-level amenities on the 49th and 50th floors, such as landscaped sky decks, fitness zones, and an outdoor theatre.
