Ru’ya Careers UAE 2026 connects Emirati talent with major employers
The Ru’ya Careers UAE 2026 event, held at the Dubai World Trade Centre from September 28 to 30, 2026, is connecting Emirati students, graduates, and professionals with various employment opportunities.
More than 150 employers from over 23 sectors are participating in the event. Major financial institutions are actively recruiting, including Dubai Islamic Bank (DIB), which is offering 118 active vacancies across its network for both fresh graduates and experienced professionals. United Arab Bank (UAB) is also participating, showcasing 17 vacancies and its Tomouh Fresh Graduate Programme to support recent graduates.
The event focuses on Emiratisation initiatives, providing access to career development, AI-powered tools, and guidance to help Emirati talent build long-term professional skills in areas such as digital capability and leadership.
