RWE hosts RinnovaMente Days in Enna to promote renewable energy

The fourth edition of ‘RinnovaMente Days – Crescere con Energia!’ will take place from October 20 to 23 at the Autodromo di Pergusa in Enna. Promoted by RWE Renewables Italia, the event aims to foster dialogue regarding the energy transition among institutions, schools, industry operators, and the local community.

Key highlights include the inauguration of an advanced agrivoltaic park in Enna, one of RWE’s first large-scale commercial agrivoltaic projects globally. This facility integrates renewable energy production with agricultural activities, such as rotational grazing for approximately 400 sheep. The program also features institutional conferences, technical seminars on the opportunities agrivoltaics provides to the agri-food supply chain, and educational workshops.

A unique feature of this edition is a museum-style wind nacelle, which serves as a technological training and educational space using the actual core of a former wind turbine.
