Ryan Garcia linked to Teofimo Lopez fight and BKB meeting

Boxing legend Erik Morales has commented on a potential unification bout between Ryan Garcia and Teofimo Lopez. Morales noted that while Garcia could succeed if he utilizes strategy, Lopez’s superior movement and boxing skills could lead to a quick finish if Garcia fails to capitalize on Lopez’s tendency to keep his hands down.

Potential obstacles to the matchup include Lopez’s mandatory defense against Jack Catterall. Meanwhile, Garcia is seeking an opponent for a scheduled title defense in December.

Separately, BKB Bare Knuckle Boxing leadership met with Ryan Garcia to discuss the future of the fight game. While no official deal or fight has been announced, the meeting between Garcia and BKB CEO David Tetreault has fueled speculation regarding potential partnerships or appearances within the bare-knuckle promotion.
