Ryan Gosling to produce live-action Flintstones film about Bamm-Bamm

Ryan Gosling and producer Jessie Henderson are in the early stages of developing a live-action ‘The Flintstones’ film for Warner Bros. through their production company, Open Invite.

Unlike previous live-action adaptations that focused on Fred Flintstone, this project is reportedly centered on the character Bamm-Bamm Rubble as an adult. The production team is currently searching for a screenwriter to develop the story.

While details regarding the plot, director, and full cast remain undisclosed, there is speculation about whether Gosling will also star in the film. The project marks a new direction for the Hanna-Barbera franchise, which previously saw live-action films in 1994 and 2000.
