Ryan Kominakis runs for Indiana state representative

Ryan Kominakis, a crane operator and Marine veteran, has launched a campaign for state representative in Indiana’s 4th District. A section griever with United Steelworkers (USW) Local 1066 at U. S. Steel’s Gary Works, Kominakis cited rising energy costs as a primary motivation for his candidacy.

Kominakis argues that exorbitant utility rate increases have placed significant financial strain on families. His campaign emphasizes the need for more working-class individuals in public office to counter what he describes as corporate-friendly leadership that prioritizes tax breaks for the wealthy over the needs of ordinary citizens.
