Ryan Mack arrested for allegedly recording people in gym bathroom

Ryan Mack, a 33-year-old man from West Nyack, has been arrested and charged with second-degree unlawful surveillance following an investigation into hidden cameras at the New York Athletic Club in New Rochelle.

Police report that Mack, an employee at the club, concealed a recording device in the Tennis Hut West restroom to capture individuals using the toilet, including children. The investigation was initiated in July after the club discovered the device and contacted the New Rochelle Police Department.

Following the issuance of an arrest warrant, Mack was intercepted and arrested by the Kansas Highway Patrol near Topeka, Kansas, before being returned to the Hudson Valley. He faces a class E felony charge. Authorities stated that the investigation is ongoing and they are seeking additional potential victims among club members.
