Ryan Naderi scores twice as Rangers move top of Scottish Premiership

Ryan Naderi scored two goals to lead Rangers to a 3-1 victory over Kilmarnock, propelling the club to the top of the Scottish Premiership table. The 23-year-old German-born striker, a recent addition to the Czech national team, opened the scoring in the 15th minute with a header from a James Penrice cross. He added a second goal in the 44th minute, converting a pass from Djeidi Gassama.

With this sixth consecutive league win, Rangers have leapfrogged Celtic in the standings. While Rangers controlled much of the first half, Kilmarnock managed a late consolation goal through substitute Nicky Clescenco.

In separate football news, Bayer Leverkusen striker Patrik Schick continues his strong form in the Bundesliga. Schick scored in Leverkusen's 4-3 victory against Mainz, maintaining a record of scoring in every match of the new season and currently leading the league's top scorers list. Schick has also indicated he has not ruled out a return to the Czech national team.
