Ryan Williams vows to stop Vinícius Júnior in India vs Brazil match

Ryan Williams, the naturalized Indian international footballer, has expressed his determination to defend against Brazilian star Vinícius Júnior in an upcoming match. Williams, an Australian-born attacking midfielder who previously played in England for clubs such as Fulham, Barnsley, and Portsmouth, currently plays for Bengaluru in India.

In an interview with Khel Now, Williams stated his admiration for Brazilian football and players like Ronaldo and Neymar. Regarding the matchup against Brazil, he noted that if tasked with marking Vinícius Júnior, he intends to stop him. Despite India being ranked 138th by FIFA and facing a top-10 opponent, Williams remains optimistic, citing his team's recent performance in a draw against Panama.
