Ryanair expands workforce in Warsaw and Wrocław
Ryanair is significantly expanding its workforce in Poland, focusing on operations in Warsaw and Wrocław. The airline is looking to hire approximately 200 new employees across various sectors, including customer service, IT, and technical maintenance.
In Warsaw, the Customer Service Escalation Center is growing. Originally intended to employ 200 people, the team has already reached 250 and aims to expand to 300. The center provides support in multiple languages, including English, Polish, French, and Spanish. While the company utilizes artificial intelligence, human consultants are still required for complex cases.
In Wrocław, the expansion is centered on technical and technological roles. The airline plans to add up to 150 positions in the city. This includes growing the Ryanair Labs IT center from 250 to 300 specialists, with roles for AI/ML engineers and developers. Additionally, the opening of a third maintenance hangar next spring is expected to create approximately 100 new technical jobs, including aircraft mechanics.
