Ryanair reduces pre-flight safety demonstration time by 40 seconds
Ryanair has implemented a new efficiency measure by reducing its pre-flight safety demonstrations by 40 seconds. This change shortens the total announcement time from approximately three and a half minutes to just under three minutes.
The reduction is intended to facilitate faster aircraft turnarounds, which for the airline can be as brief as 25 minutes. However, the decision has met with resistance from some cabin crew members.
