Japanese actor Ryo Ryusei announced on August 31 that he is leaving his talent agency, Ken-on, after 16 years. Ryusei shared the news via his Instagram Stories, reflecting on his journey from a student to an adult within the agency.

In his statement, Ryusei expressed deep gratitude for the connections and experiences gained during his tenure, stating, “I have decided to face myself once again and take on new challenges.” He noted that while he spent much time deliberating the decision, he intends to honor his past experiences while moving forward as an actor.
