Ryohei Abe of Snow Man to appear on academic variety program

Ryohei Abe, a member of the nine-member group Snow Man, will appear as a guest on the academic variety program ‘Kazlaser & Ryoji Ishii mo Shiranai Kami Kenkyu! Shabel Sho’, scheduled to broadcast on October 12 on Kantele and Fuji TV.

During the program, which features researchers presenting overlooked studies, Abe will engage with topics such as the benefits of certain drinks for anti-aging and muscle training. In a post-recording interview, Abe shared details about his personal health routine, noting that he typically eats a breakfast centered on fermented foods, including natto rice with kimchi and yogurt.

Abe also revealed a recent culinary interest, stating that he has become fond of ‘Sanzo-yaki’, a dish he discovered while visiting Nagano Prefecture, which he described as the most moving thing he has eaten recently.
