Ryusei Fukada and Hiki Ukisho complete filming of TV Asahi drama

The TV Asahi youth romantic comedy drama ‘Natsuiro no Kumo ga Koi to Arashi o Makio koso’ has completed filming. The series features Ryusei Fukada of the group ACEes in his first solo leading role, starring alongside fellow ACEes member Hiki Ukisho.

During the wrap ceremony, Fukada expressed deep gratitude to the staff and cast, noting that despite the challenges of his first lead role, he was glad to have worked on this specific production. Ukisho also shared emotional reflections on the experience, thanking the crew and his co-star for navigating the summer filming period together. The cast members, who portrayed the Takemiya family, described the set as having a warm, family-like atmosphere.

Additionally, a second special making-of documentary has been released exclusively on the TELASA streaming platform. This footage provides a behind-the-scenes look at the production, including a ‘family meeting’ featuring the full main cast, discussions regarding their character development, and unreleased clips of the actors interacting on set.
