The SG Boat Race Memorial is set to commence at Boat Race Kiryu, featuring top competitors vying for prestige and significant rewards.

Ryuta Mine is pursuing a historic Grand Slam by attempting to win the Memorial, which is the final leg required to complete the ‘GRANDE 5’ (Classic, All-Star, Memorial, Derby, and Grand Prix). Mine has secured the No. 27 machine, noted as one of the local ‘W Ace’ engines, and expressed high confidence in its performance. Achieving the Grand Slam would earn him a gold ingot valued at approximately 300 million yen.

Other notable competitors include Takuto Ogami, who is recognized for his strong performance from the third course.
