Rzeszów City Hall announces recruitment for three senior administrative posts

The Rzeszów City President announced open positions for three senior roles within the municipal administration. The posts are: Podinspektor II in the Department of Crisis Management and Population Protection (salary from 5,400 PLN gross plus seniority allowance), Główny Specjalista III in the Department of Fund Acquisition (salary from 6,500 PLN gross plus seniority allowance), and Starszy Inspektor in the City Council Office (salary from 6,500 PLN gross). All positions start on 1 September 2026 (the Inspektor role on 1 August 2026) and require a Polish citizenship, a higher education degree, relevant professional experience, and full legal capacity. Additional qualifications include knowledge of public finance, EU funds, crisis‑management legislation, and proficiency with office software.

The duties cover public safety and defence matters for the Podinspektor, management and reporting of EU‑funded infrastructure and IT projects for the Główny Specjalista, and administrative support for city council sessions, draft resolutions, and local elections for the Starszy Inspektor. Candidates must also have a clean criminal record and demonstrate ability to work under pressure.
