Rznomics joins Lilly Gateway Labs to advance RNA therapies

South Korean biopharmaceutical company Rznomics Inc. has joined Lilly Gateway Labs (LGL) in San Diego, California, to accelerate the development of its RNA-based gene therapies. Through this partnership, Rznomics will gain access to laboratory facilities and opportunities to collaborate with scientists and executives from Eli Lilly and Company.

Lilly Gateway Labs operates as part of Lilly Catalyze360, an initiative providing biotechnology firms with capital, infrastructure, and research capabilities. Rznomics intends to use the San Diego hub to advance candidates from its proprietary database, which includes more than 200 disease targets.

Beyond research, the company aims to strengthen its presence in the United States by recruiting R&D scientists and establishing a global clinical infrastructure for its lead development programs. Rznomics utilizes a proprietary trans-splicing ribozyme platform designed for precise RNA editing.
