S-OIL hosts family invitation event to promote corporate culture

S-OIL held a two-day family invitation event from October 15 to 16 to promote family-friendly management and foster a healthy organizational culture. Approximately 40 employees and their families participated in the program.

The itinerary included visits to the company headquarters in Mapo, Seoul, the TS&D Center in the Magok Industrial Complex, and the Onsan plant in Ulsan, where participants toured processing facilities and exhibition halls. To engage the children of employees, the company provided various educational and experiential programs, including economic education for elementary students and historical tours of Gyeongju, such as the Gyeongju Gyochon Village and the Gyeongju National Museum.

S-OIL has been conducting these semi-annual events since last year to strengthen the sense of belonging among employees and deepen family understanding of the company's work environment.
