Sa Pa hotel hosts contemporary Vietnamese art exhibition

The Hotel de la Coupole Sapa – MGallery Collection has launched a new art exhibition titled ‘Upon the Mountain, Down the Hill’ (Trên núi, dưới đồi). In collaboration with Hanoi Studio Gallery, the exhibition features 28 works by five contemporary Vietnamese artists, including Pham Thai Binh, Nguyen Ngoc Thanh, Nguyen Quoc Trung, Pham Tra My, and Pham Thuy Tien.

Located in the hotel's lobby area, which features architecture designed by Bill Bensley, the exhibition showcases a variety of mediums such as painting, sculpture, lacquer, and installation art. The curated collection aims to harmonize traditional Vietnamese craftsmanship and local culture with the personal styles of the artists. The exhibition is scheduled to remain open to guests and visitors until October 25, 2026.
