Saša Popović's Opatija real estate sold

The real estate holdings of the late Saša Popović in Opatija, Croatia, have been sold. According to family friend and singer Dejan Ćirković, two luxury apartments previously owned by Popović and his wife, Suzana Jovanović, were purchased by a single buyer from Belgrade.

Ćirković noted that the sale likely occurred due to rising property prices in Opatija and suggested that Popović may have made the decision to sell while he was still alive. Following Popović's death, Jovanović reportedly moved all personal belongings from the apartments to Belgrade and has not been staying in Opatija. Additionally, the family's yacht is reportedly listed for sale.
