According to the party, the heavy presence of governors, mayors, members of parliament, and institution directors at Bilal Erdoğan’s program suggests an inappropriate level of state protocol for an individual who holds no official government position. While Bilal Erdoğan attended the events in his capacity as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the İlim Yayma Foundation, the Saadet Party argued that such high-level institutional participation blurs the lines of neutrality and institutional seriousness required in public administration.
