Saae/Sorocaba launches 2026 occupational accident prevention week
The Autonomous Water and Sewage Service (Saae) of Sorocaba has launched its 2026 Internal Week for the Prevention of Occupational Accidents (Sipat). The event, which began on Monday, October 19, is scheduled to run through Friday, October 23.
Under the theme ‘Rights and Duties,’ the program aims to raise awareness among employees regarding health and safety in their daily tasks. The schedule includes interactive activities and lectures covering topics such as career plans, financial education, and psychosocial risks.
Director-general Glauco Fogaça emphasized that the agency is committed to investing in the safety and integrity of its staff, noting that the event provides a vital opportunity for knowledge exchange and employee integration.
