Saat ve Saat IPO scheduled for July 16, 2026 on Borsa Istanbul

Borsa Istanbul announced that shares of Saat ve Saat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (SSAAT) will begin trading on the Yıldız Pazar on Thursday, 16 July 2026. The offering will be listed under the code SSAAT.E with a fixed base price of 56 TL per share and a maximum order size of 1 million TL.

The company’s total nominal capital is 660,388,991 TL, of which 66,944,955 TL represented by 66,944,955 lots will be offered to investors. The IPO size is estimated at roughly 4.5 billion TL, raising the public float to about 12.3 %. Demand collection will take place on 6, 7 and 8 July 2026, with participation estimates ranging from roughly 267 lots per investor at 150,000 participants to about 19 lots per investor at 2.2 million participants. The offer complies with the Participation Index criteria and is available through a wide network of banks and brokerage firms.
