Saat ve Saat launches IPO at 56 TL per share
Saat ve Saat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. is conducting a public offering with demand collection scheduled for 6‑8 July 2026. The IPO is priced at a fixed 56 TL per share and will be executed using a demand‑collection method. The underwriting consortium is led by Garanti BBVA Yatırım and Halk Yatırım, and the company will trade under the ticker SSAAT.
The planned free‑float is 10.14% of shares, which could rise to 12.16% if the optional additional sale is completed. Proceeds are earmarked for working‑capital needs, new store investments and the reduction of existing financial obligations. Lot sizes for investors will be determined after the demand‑collection phase; estimates range from about 267 lots per investor at 150 000 participants to roughly 19 lots at 2.2 million participants. The offering meets participation‑index criteria, allowing both conventional and participation‑bank investors to take part through a long list of Turkish brokerage houses.
A wide array of banks and brokerage firms, including A1 Capital, İş Yatırım, Garanti Yatırım, and many others, have been listed as participants in the IPO.
