Saba Mubarak to star in ‘Crime in Zamalek’ on Shahid

The streaming platform Shahid has released the official poster for ‘Crime in Zamalek,’ the third installment of the original series ‘The Full Story.’ Starring actress Saba Mubarak, the production is scheduled to premiere on October 30, with three episodes released simultaneously.

Directed by Mohamed Abdel Tawab and produced by Magdy El Hawary, the story revolves around a mysterious incident in the Zamalek district that triggers a series of investigations to uncover the truth. This installment marks a shift for the series, as Mubarak becomes the first female lead in the anthology, which previously featured male protagonists.

The series is based on real-life criminal cases and legal files from Egypt, inspired by content previously explored by creator Sameh Sanad. The production aims to maintain suspense by withholding specific plot details and the nature of the central mystery until the release date.
