Sababay Winery and Bejana host Indonesian culinary event in Bali

Bejana by Petty Elliott is hosting a collaborative culinary event with Sababay Winery on September 18, 2026, in Bali. The dinner aims to pair contemporary Indonesian cuisine with wines produced locally on the island.

Chef Petty Elliott will utilize regional ingredients and traditional techniques to present a modern interpretation of Indonesian flavors. Sababay Winery, established in 2010, contributes its ‘New Latitude Wines,’ which are crafted in the tropical climate of northern Bali to reflect the local terroir and agricultural products. Raymond Siek, Culinary Director at The Ritz-Carlton, Bali, noted that the event seeks to unite two distinct Indonesian expressions through authentic flavors.
