Sabadell Versots target Junts political crisis

The traditional Versots performance during the Sabadell festival targeted the internal crisis within the Junts political space. The satirical verses directed criticism toward Gabriel Fernàndez, a former ERC member and future candidate for the Acció per Sabadell coalition, and Lluís Matas, the municipal spokesperson for Junts who has been expelled from the party.

While the performance was noted for being less aggressive toward the socialist government than in previous years, it focused heavily on the political shifts in Sabadell. The Acció per Sabadell coalition is expected to integrate Junts with other independence-leaning groups, including Identitat Sabadellenca and MesCAT.
