Saber Interactive develops Turok: Origins for Spring 2027

Saber Interactive is developing Turok: Origins, a new entry in the dinosaur-hunting franchise scheduled for release in Spring 2027. The game aims to appeal to both longtime fans of the original N64 series and a new generation of gamers.

Development chief Tim Willits stated that the team is performing a balancing act to include nostalgic elements, such as the Cerebral Bore gun, while introducing modern features like co-op gameplay. Players will be able to experience the game in both first-person and third-person perspectives. The narrative follows the Order of the Turok as they battle dinosaurs and alien threats across the Lost Lands.
