Sabesp expands customer service in São Paulo with mobile van and new Poupatempo outlets

Sabesp’s mobile "Van Bora" returned to the Paraisópolis community in São Paulo’s west zone, operating from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Union of Residents’ headquarters until June 26. The van provides on‑site registration updates, bill issuance, debt negotiation, tariff‑social information and water‑use guidance, handling about 380 requests in its sixth 2026 visit.

In parallel, the utility inaugurated a network of 20 new face‑to‑face service points inside Poupatempo offices across the state. The first locations opened on 22 and 25 June in Santo Amaro and other districts, with four more slated within the next 45 days. The outlets cover the capital, the metropolitan area, Baixada Santista, Vale do Paraíba, the North Coast and interior municipalities, aiming to streamline access to water and sewage services while complementing Sabesp’s digital channels.

Both initiatives are part of Sabesp’s broader strategy to bring sanitation services closer to residents, reduce bureaucratic barriers and support social development in vulnerable neighborhoods.
