Sabesp launches 2027 Trainee Program with R$ 9,000 salary

Sabesp has opened applications for its 2027 Trainee Program. The initiative is aimed at professionals who have completed or are expected to complete their undergraduate degrees between 2022 and 2026.

Selected trainees will receive a monthly salary of R$ 9,000, along with benefits such as meal and food allowances, profit sharing, and medical assistance. The program includes a five-month rotation period across various sectors, including Engineering, Operations, Technology, Finance, and Sustainability, before participants are assigned to a permanent position.

Requirements for candidates include a bachelor's or technologist degree and intermediate Excel skills. Intermediate English is considered a competitive advantage.
