Sabesp offers 260 apprenticeship vacancies in São Paulo

Sabesp has opened applications for its ‘Nascente de Talentos 2026’ apprenticeship program, offering 260 vacancies across 11 municipalities in the state of São Paulo. The opportunities are divided into 192 administrative roles and 68 technical roles in Chemistry and Sanitation, held in partnership with Senai-SP.

The program prioritizes youth residing in more than 50 communities near the company’s facilities. Administrative positions are for candidates aged 14 to 22, while technical roles require applicants to be between 18 and 22. The apprenticeship contracts are set for 18 months, beginning in January 2027. Monthly stipends range from R$ 761.55 for a 20-hour work week to R$ 1,142.33 for a 30-hour week, supplemented by benefits such as meal vouchers, transportation vouchers, and medical assistance.
