Sabina Simonato jokes about buying colleague a house if she wins Mega-Sena
During a live broadcast of the program Bom Dia São Paulo on TV Globo, journalist Sabina Simonato made a lighthearted promise to buy a house for a colleague if she wins the Mega-Sena lottery jackpot.
The moment occurred while reporter Andre Modesto was covering the high activity at a lottery shop regarding the accumulated prize of R$ 200 million. During the segment, Modesto organized bets for the news team, including a R$ 6 bet for Simonato. When asked what he would receive if the ticket were a winner, Simonato jokingly discussed how the prize would be shared before promising the house.
The Mega-Sena is currently offering one of its largest accumulated prizes, attracting significant attention across Brazil. While the jackpot is substantial, experts note the odds of winning are approximately 1 in 50 million.
