Sabor Toledo festival attracts 40,000 visitors to La Vega de Toledo

The first edition of the Sabor Toledo festival has concluded in La Vega de Toledo, drawing an estimated 40,000 visitors over four days. Promoted by the Diputación de Toledo, the event aimed to highlight the gastronomic richness, craftsmanship, and culture of the various regions within the province.

The festival featured a diverse program including tastings, culinary demonstrations, concerts, and theatrical performances. Beyond food, the event integrated cultural entertainment to appeal to a wide range of audiences.

A significant component of the initiative was the ‘Pequeños Sabores’ program, which brought approximately 2,000 primary school students to the fair. This educational component used multisensory workshops, digital tools, and theatrical activities to teach children about local products and traditions from regions such as La Mancha, La Sagra, and Tierras de Talavera.
