Sabrina Sato discusses pregnancy appetite and fetal sex speculation

Brazilian presenter Sabrina Sato has shared details regarding her second pregnancy, noting significant changes in her appetite. Sato reported experiencing constant hunger, more frequent than during her first pregnancy. To manage this, she is focusing on nutrient-dense, homemade meals such as lentils, avocado, and eggs, while avoiding fried and greasy foods.

Sato also noted a preference for acidic and intense flavors, such as lemon and tomato juice, as well as more robust dishes like ossobuco. Regarding her pregnancy, she commented on the possibility of her son being born earlier than expected due to his sex. Medical experts have clarified that while boys may have a slightly higher average birth weight, there is no direct causal link between fetal sex and the onset of labor.
