SAC S.p.A. privatization faces documentation dispute

Disputes have emerged regarding the privatization process of SAC S.p.A. The Patto per la Sicilia orientale has reported conflicting accounts concerning the distribution of documentation to board members.

While SAC S.p.A. President Anna Maria Rita Quattrone testified to the parliamentary commission that all board members were informed and provided with necessary documentation, other council members have claimed that requested documents via certified email were refused. The Patto per la Sicilia orientale is currently evaluating legal actions and is demanding official documentation to resolve the discrepancies.
