SACE, DNA, and AIAD sign agreement to boost Italian aerospace and defense exports

The Direzione Nazionale degli Armamenti (DNA), AIAD (Federation of Italian Aerospace, Defense and Security Companies), and SACE have signed an agreement to strengthen the international competitiveness of Italy's strategic industrial sectors.

Signed at Palazzo Guidoni in the presence of Defense Minister Guido Crosetto, the partnership aims to support the global expansion of Italian companies specializing in aerospace, defense, and security. The initiative places a specific emphasis on dual-use technologies and the integration of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) into global value chains.

To facilitate growth, the partners will implement joint initiatives including business matching, specialized training, strategic market meetings, and international missions. SACE will provide insurance and financial solutions alongside internationalization services, while DNA and AIAD will contribute institutional and sectoral expertise to connect domestic companies with international market opportunities, including Government-to-Government agreements.
