SACOMBANK named main sponsor for Vietnam's football leagues

SACOMBANK has officially signed a sponsorship agreement with FPT Play to become the main sponsor for Vietnam’s National First Division and the National Cup for the 2026/27 season. The signing ceremony took place at FPT Tower in the presence of the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) and Vietnam Professional Football (VPF).

Under the new agreement, the competitions will be officially named the SACOMBANK V. League 2-2026/27 and the SACOMBANK National Cup 2026/27. The partnership aims to provide financial stability and enhance the professional quality of these domestic football tournaments.

The National First Division features 14 teams and is scheduled to conclude on May 16, 2027, with a total prize pool of 3.5 billion VND. The National Cup is set to begin on September 18, 2026, and will end with a final on May 30, 2027.
