Sacramento Kings sign Leaky Black to two-way contract

The Sacramento Kings have converted forward Leaky Black from an Exhibit 10 contract to a two-way deal, filling the team’s final two-way roster spot.

Black, a 27-year-old former North Carolina player, earned the opportunity following a strong preseason performance. During three preseason appearances, he averaged 7.7 points, 3.7 rebounds, and 1.3 steals while shooting 53.8 percent from the field and 62.5 percent from beyond the arc.

Known primarily for his defensive capabilities, Black previously played for the Charlotte Hornets and Washington Wizards. He joins Adam Flagler and Jonathan Mogbo as the three players occupying Sacramento’s two-way slots for the upcoming season.
