Sacramento shooting arrest: Man held for fatal attack near adventure park

A fatal shooting occurred on Saturday afternoon near the Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park on Arden Way in the Arden-Arcade area of Sacramento. The incident, which took place near the Arden Fair shopping center, left one woman dead and another in critical condition.

Sacramento police responded to reports of gunfire shortly after 3:30 p.m. Emergency responders performed life-saving maneuvers on one victim at the scene, but she was pronounced dead. Authorities have arrested 36-year-old Edward Lee Daniel Tucker Jr., a resident of Fresno, in connection with the shooting.

Tucker has been booked into the Sacramento County Main Jail on homicide-related charges and is currently being held without bail. Law enforcement has not yet disclosed the motive for the attack or the relationship between the suspect and the victims.
