SACS Marine unveils limited Pirelli 44 Ducati Edition

SACS Marine has unveiled the Pirelli 44 Ducati Edition, a limited series of 26 maxi-RIB boats, at the Cannes Yachting Festival. The project is a collaboration between SACS Marine, Pirelli, and Ducati, marking the motorcycle manufacturer's debut in the marine sector.

The limited production run of 26 units commemorates Ducati's centennial, as the company was founded in 1926. The vessel is a variant of the existing Pirelli 44 platform, a 13.10-meter walkaround boat featuring inflatable floats.

Design elements inspired by Ducati's Superleggera V4 Centenario superbike include a carbon fiber hardtop, Alcantara dashboard and seating, and a black steel pack. The boat's tubes feature a distinctive tread pattern developed by Pirelli's R&D Centre, paying homage to the Pirelli Diablo Supercorsa SP tires. While a scale model was presented at the festival, the first full-sized hull is expected to debut in the coming months.
