Sady‑Kolonia murder: 40‑year‑old woman killed, two suspects detained

Police in the Masovian region discovered the body of a 40‑year‑old woman on a field near the village of Sady‑Kolonia, situated between Klwów and Przysucha. The victim was reportedly lured from her home in the middle of the night and attacked with a hammer, sustaining multiple head injuries before being left dead in the grass.

Investigators arrested a 30‑year‑old man from Radom County and a 45‑year‑old woman from the Łódź region as suspects. Both are charged with murder committed with particular cruelty. The police recovered a potential weapon from the woman's residence and are continuing the investigation under the direction of regional prosecutor Ewa Osuchowska.

The case has drawn local attention due to the brutality of the attack and the involvement of two alleged perpetrators who were known to the victim.
