Sae Rassa Restaurant launches fusion culinary program in Sumenep

Sae Rassa Restaurant, located within the MYZE Hotel Sumenep by ARTOTEL, has launched a special culinary program titled ‘A Taste of Home’. Running from October 15, 2026, to January 15, 2027, the initiative focuses on reimagining traditional home-style flavors through creative fusion cooking.

The program features three main menu options priced at Rp 68,000 nett per portion: Nasi Uduk Popcorn Chicken, Soto Mie Goreng, and a Nasi Kuning Chicken Burger. Additionally, the restaurant is offering fresh beverage creations inspired by legendary celebratory cakes for Rp 39,000 nett per portion. Akfian Farado Gusti, General Manager of MYZE Hotel Sumenep, stated the goal is to provide a comfortable gathering space that evokes warm childhood memories through familiar yet specially processed dishes.
