SAEK ALPHA offers technical training to address Greek labor shortages

SAEK ALPHA Higher Education Schools are addressing the growing demand for specialized technical personnel in Greece. Due to a shortage of skilled labor in the industrial, construction, and technology sectors, there has been a significant increase in wages for qualified technicians.

The institution offers various technical programs, including training in elevator mechanics, refrigeration and air conditioning, automation, renewable energy installations, and mechatronics. The curriculum incorporates AI training and includes 960 hours of practical training.

Through partnerships with companies such as Sfakianakis Group, Alumil, and John Deere, students gain access to modern equipment, masterclasses from industry leaders, and guaranteed internships. The school operates campuses in Athens, Piraeus, Glyfada, and Thessaloniki, utilizing an internal Job Center to facilitate employment.
