Safaricom expands MyOneApp features with M-Pesa tools and Kenya Airways discounts

Safaricom has introduced several new features and partnerships through its MyOneApp in Kenya. M-Pesa users can now access a Cost Calculator, which allows them to view applicable sending and withdrawal charges before finalizing transactions. This tool aims to provide greater transparency regarding the company’s revised tariff structure, which includes adjustments to services like Pochi la Biashara and Lipa na M-Pesa.

Additionally, Safaricom has integrated Kenya Airways into the MyOneApp platform. Through this integration, travelers can book flights with discounts of up to 10 percent on domestic routes and 15 percent on international flights when using the promo code SAFKQ. These flight discounts are available for bookings made by November 30, 2026, for travel occurring through May 31, 2027.
